The Weekend

Here’s what to expect during our wedding weekend. We know you will have travelled far to celebrate with us, so all the below events are on us unless stated otherwise. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Please note that the organised events below are for named individuals only, due to the nature of our venue and restrictions on guest numbers we are unable to accommodate plus ones and children. If childcare poses an issue for you, please look at the children section of our FAQ's for more information.

Day 1

Friday 9th June 2023

Arrival and Check In- from 1300

You can arrive at the venue at any point from 1300. Shuttle times are available here.

For those of you staying at the venue, you can check in from 1400. There is a restaurant at the venue where you can grab lunch and a cash bar where you can kick off celebrations early if you wish.

Welcome Dinner at 1900

Please join us as we watch the sunset with pizza and local beer and wine. All dietary requirements will be catered for. There will be an opportunity for karaoke as the night progresses.

Day 2

Saturday 10th June 2023

Morning Wellness- 1030

Kick the day off with a cardio and yoga session with the Bride and Groom. If you'd prefer a lie-in or would rather observe from a distance, that's fine!

Lunch- 1200

The restaurant is open for a light lunch which you can purchase using cash or card if you are hungry. But make sure you save lots of space for all the aperitivo snacks and four-course Italian dinner later in the day.

Welcome Drinks -1500

Please make your way to the ceremony space where a welcome drink will be served ahead of the main event.

Ceremony- 1530

Join us as we say our vows and commit to marriage in front of all of you.

Aperitivo- 1600

Start the celebrations with Prosecco, Spritz, Beer, Wine and Non-Alcoholic refreshments, lots of beautiful food corners (did someone say cheese!) and music.

Dinner - 1900

Please make your way to the reception area where a four-course Italian meal will be served. Speeches will follow.

Party Time- 2200

Join us for our first dance and let us party the night away in style late into the night. It's an open bar for you to use and abuse. Shuttles for those based off-site will start at midnight.

Day 3

Sunday 11th June 2023

Breakfast- 0930

Pack your bags and enjoy breakfast with the newlyweds.

Official Exit- 1100

Wave us off in style outside the Castello as we set off into our new life as husband and wife

Post Wedding Pool Party- 1200

At 1130 jump into your hire car or the shuttle bus for the short journey to the pool party venue, Il Fineli di Assisi. Enjoy beers, mojitos, and epic tunes. Ibiza vibes are encouraged. There's a prize for the most colorful outfit!

Final Goodbye- 1800
